Shipping

  • Items generally ship within 24 hours on business days.
  • U.S. destinations are shipped Standard or Priority Mail.
  • Please note: Destinations outside the U.S. will be sent Priority Mail International.
  • 3-day, 2-day and next day refer to business days.
  • Orders outside the U.S. may be subject to additional tariffs or duties charged by the destination country and do not show on the order and are not within our control.
  • New York State residents will be charged the Erie County sales tax of 8.75%.

Payment Methods

Cash, check, money order/cashier’s check, credit card or PayPal.
If you pay by personal check, your order will ship as soon as the check clears.

Return Policy

Merchandise Return Form
  • We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please e-mail, call, or contact us regarding problems with an order for assistance.
  • Returned parts must be un-mounted, in original condition, in original packaging and received by Scotty’s Hubcaps no later than 30 days from the date on the invoice.
  • No returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice and the merchandise return form.
  • Returned items are thoroughly inspected prior to determination of credit, replacement, or refusal.
  • A 20% restocking fee may be charged to all returns not due to our error.
  • There is no refund for a shipping and handling charge on returned items. Remember: The items you are returning are your responsibility until they are received by ScottysHubcaps.com. Return product with a copy of your invoice and the merchandise return form to ensure credit is applied to the address at the top of the page.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use or labor involved in their installation and removal.
  • We reserve the right to withhold refund until defective part has been examined and tested.
  • We CANNOT guarantee hubcaps or center caps against loss, improper installation, nor damage done to items during installation

Please note: if the product is damaged in shipping, do not return the product. Call or email us immediately, however the customer must notify the shipper. The shipper might want to inspect the damaged product and packaging. Do not throw away the packing material or box.

All communications must include name, address, daytime phone number and email address. ScottysHubcaps.com will not accept collect charges on any return/exchanges items.

Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
